Relicus
The Relicus enhances the amount of shards you get when you're selling a relic equipment piece. However, it does not have any impact on the number of shards that you need when you are using the "Relicus enhancement" when upgrading your relic equipment pieces. It also will give you PO (+500 on 1st level, +750 when maxed). This building requires a mix of kingdom resources (Charcoal, Olive oil, Glass & Iron ore) with small amount of construction & upgrade tokens.
