Recommended attack formation
1st Wave
There are defenders on Left & Right
Center : attack with 70% melee soldiers and 30% range soldiers (no tools)
Left : attack with 100% Range soldiers (using Range & Wall tools)
Tools : showing wooden tools for demonstration only. Feel free to use other tools from same type

Other Waves
Attackers : fill all other waves with 70% melee and 30% range, to minimize looses on courtyard. Since attackers power vary, we can not predict the exact results. Best practice is to fill all waves, so you can also maximize your loot in battle
Commander : all calculations are based on equal power for melee & range in attacking commander
