Recommended attack formation
1st Wave
There are defenders on both Flanks & Center
Center : attack with 100% Melee soldiers (using Range tools)
Right : attack with 100% Range soldiers (using Wall tools)
Tools : showing wooden tools for demonstration only. Feel free to use other tools from same type

Other Waves
Attackers : fill all other waves with 100% range to minimize looses on courtyard. Since attackers power vary, we can not predict the exact results. Best practice is to fill all waves, so you can also maximize your loot in battle
Commander : all calculations are based on equal power for melee & range in attacking commander

for the dragon put in 14 shields of -15% on the center purely ranged troops on all of the waves, depending on the comm u have u will only have like 20-40 deaths. i have even gotten a few with only 17 deaths i like this strat because its really easy to put the troops and tools in. hope i can help someone with this strat :)

i did the same but only do center no need to do flanks shields 1st wave rest just center ranged - good commander w/spearwomen or higher
